About CalculateForAll

What we build

CalculateForAll is a library of free online calculators across seven categories: construction and home, energy, finance, automotive, business, math and unit converters. Every calculator publishes its formula, assumptions and a worked example, so you can verify the math before spending money on materials, signing a loan or setting a price.

The project started from a simple frustration: most online calculators hide their logic, ignore waste allowances, or lock results behind sign-up forms. Ours show everything and require nothing.

Our editorial approach

Each calculator page is written to answer the real question behind a search: not just “how many”, but “how do I measure”, “what can go wrong” and “how much extra should I order”. Formulas use trade-standard rates — brick counts per square metre, paint coverage per litre, BTU per square foot — and every rate is stated openly next to the result.

Content is produced in English and Russian by the same editorial process; nothing is machine-translated filler.

How the site is funded

CalculateForAll is free to use and funded by display advertising. Ads never influence calculation results, which are computed entirely in your browser.

What is next

The platform keeps growing: new calculators are added where readers ask for them, and existing pages are reviewed and refined as standards and prices change. The goal is one trustworthy place for everyday math, in your language and your units.
